Constructed in 1839 beneath the Old Treasury Building on the corner of King William Street and Flinders Street, the Treasury Tunnels were once part of a series of underground tunnels beneath a set of buildings known as Adelaide’s chief government offices situated around Victoria Square. The Treasury Tunnels once linked up with The TB Tunnels however it has been blocked for many years.

The 2015 About Time History Festival is offering a guided tour of the Treasury Tunnels on Sunday 17th May 2015 at either 11am or 1pm. Cost is $5. Book online at oldadelaidetreasurytours.eventbrite.com.au.
